They are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health& Safety. In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

They are both registered with nursing and midwifery council. This promoted the desire and the motivation in individualizing care.
