Alpha Quality Care offers the opportunity to live independently at home, while being provided with a tailor made, personalised package of support.
Your needs may vary from light support and home help to more intensive needs such as personal care, night care, dementia care or full time live in care. Those requirements could be the result of an accident or illness, recovery from an operation or hospital visit, or simply to help you enjoy a better quality of life.
Our home care and Live in care service promotes independent living and can be a great alternative to residential care homes and nursing care.
A full and comprehensive assessment is carried out for each individual. This will be inclusive of the individual, however where required input and feedback from family and any other relevant parties is very much valued.
Everyone is treated as an individual, ensuring all needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
Our staff are fully qualified, and DBS checked . At Alpha Quality Care we can provide the help that you require to continue having a dignified and independent life. We offer a range of care and support to suit all kinds of situations. Our directors and experienced Care Managers will be happy to talk to you or visit you at home to discuss your needs and to find out how we can help.
Sometimes, the biggest gap in people’s lives is simply the lack of companionship. We recognise this and we can offer the means to help fill that gap. All our care workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an QCF (former NVQ) in Health and Social Care.
